Reconnecting Part 1 – Experience the world with your heart again

Reconnecting is a four-hour introductory workshop inspired by ancient Tao wisdom, followed by three weeks of guided practice and teaching. Discover Soul Tapping, foundational Lower Dan Tian and Heart practices, and blessings to support greater peace, balance, self-love, and connection.

Your Part 1 experience includes:
